International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in your order total or collected by Tonemi at checkout.

We're not always notified of these charges in advance, so we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order to avoid any surprises on delivery.

Shipping Information:

Once an order is placed and your payment is confirmed, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then usually takes around 2–3 working days to arrive but will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.
