Return and Refunds
We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (14 days for international orders). Just email tonemijewellery@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for return.

Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
